Seventeenth Ukrainian — Polish Symposium
on Theoretical and Experimental Studies of Interface Phenomena
and their Technological Applications

Dear Colleagues,

We are sorry to inform you that, with regard to the current situation related to the COVID-19 pandemic,
in particular the prolongation of the quarantine in Ukraine (at present until May 23, 2020), we took a difficult decision –
to cancel the XVII Ukrainian-Polish Symposium on Theoretical and Experimental Studies of Interfacial Phenomena
and Their Technological Applications which was scheduled to be held on September 15-18, 2020 in Chernivtsi.

Nevertheless, we decided to proceed with the organization of the Symposium in Ukraine in autumn 2021.
You will be informed about the period and venue of the event at the end of 2020.

We express our thanks to all who have submitted the Registration letters and Abstracts.
These contributions are in the Symposium database; you will have a possibility to present your research results
at the XVII Symposium in 2021.

Otherwise, if you feel it necessary to publish your work (only in English) earlier,
please consider the options for publication listed below:

in the special issue of Annales UMCS Sectio AA Chemistry,

in the Chemistry, Physics and Technology of Surface,

in the Catalysis and Petrochemistry.

The deadline for sending full papers is October 31, 2020.
